How To Delete Your Account Or Request Data Deletion?

Deleting your Chatbot App account is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. Before proceeding, please make sure that you understand the consequences of account deletion.

To delete your account:

1. Sign in to your Chatbot App account.

2. Open Account Settings.

3. Scroll to the Delete Account section.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. A 6-digit verification code will be displayed.

6. Enter the verification code in the confirmation field.

7. Select Confirm to permanently delete your account.

What happens when your account is deleted?

  • You will lose access to Chatbot App and all associated services.

  • Your chat history, saved preferences, and account data will no longer be accessible.

  • Your account will be signed out on all devices.

  • Data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days, except for information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

  • If you decide to use Chatbot App again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.

If you'd prefer to request data deletion directly, or you can't access the in-app option, contact our support team at [email protected] with the email address or User ID associated with your account.
