How to Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to sign in, follow the steps below to securely reset it:
Sign out of your account, or open a private/incognito browser window.
Navigate to the login page and select Log in.
Enter your registered email address and proceed.
Click Forgot password?
You’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Didn’t receive the email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email isn’t there, ensure you entered the correct address associated with your account.
Signed up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft?
If you created your account using Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Continue with Microsoft, you do not have a separate Chatbot App password to reset. Instead, sign in again using the same provider you used during registration.
To change the password for your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account, please visit the respective provider's account management page and follow their password recovery process.
