To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Chatbot App account.
Navigate to Account Settings > Plans.
Click Cancel Plan and follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:
To cancel your subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Chatbot App
- Tap Cancel subscription
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:
To cancel your subscription on an Apple device:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Chatbot App
- Tap Cancel Subscription
