How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Chatbot App account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Plans.

  3. Click Cancel Plan and follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:

To cancel your subscription on Android:

- Open the Google Play Store

- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner

- Select Payments & subscriptions

- Tap Subscriptions

- Select Chatbot App

- Tap Cancel subscription

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

To cancel your subscription on an Apple device:

- Open the Settings app on your device

- Tap your Apple ID name at the top

- Tap Subscriptions

- Select Chatbot App

- Tap Cancel Subscription
